Military counterintelligence officers found equipment for making counterfeit dollars in one of the houses in the territory of the district center during a sweep of the Shatoy district of the Chechen Republic. The quality of the final product turned out to be quite high, and, apparently, we can talk about a large flow of its production. It is difficult to determine who the fakes were intended for, but it is possible that such products were paid for "working" with ordinary militants of various gangs. The cache itself and its state-of-the-art printing contents were examined by experts, after which it was concluded that local craftsmen have close ties with difficult guys from abroad.

The degree of this difficulty immediately gives rise to thoughts about the urgent need to conduct counterintelligence activities from the category carried out in relation to the relevant special services of foreign states. And it's not just the quantity and quality of counterfeit money that has flooded Chechnya. Bandit caches today reveal their ideological stuffing. The most explosive one.

One thing is certain: support for illegal armed groups is provided from abroad. This, in particular, is documented in one of the numerous hiding places in the south of Chechnya. The documents belong to one of the associates of the notorious Khattab, who was detained by military counterintelligence officers and has already testified to the investigation. For example, printing equipment, tools and weapons found in the above-mentioned cache indicate the illegal support of illegal armed groups. Many items have foreign markings. There were also found passport forms made outside the Russian Federation, so to speak, in foreign countries. According to such passports, prisoners of war were taken abroad. The conclusion can be made by reading the text of the document that fell into the hands of military counterintelligence officers. This is a contract that was concluded between the detained associate of Khattab and a certain foreigner Yasser Syriysky, in particular, on the capture of a kafir (infidel) for ransom and the division of money between the contracting parties: 45 percent for the party that steals the captive, and 55 percent for the Chechen side for transportation, protection and mediation. The seized documents show that not only adults, but also children were taken abroad. Photos taken abroad show the faces of children, some of whom look no more than 6 or 7 years old. For the unhindered export of live goods outside the Russian Federation, strong tranquilizers (psychotropic drugs) were used on the slaves, which were also found in the cache. But the main and most terrible find is documents that ideologically justify the savage actions of bandits. When preparing these instructions, Khattab's associate used modern computer equipment and software that allows him to work on the Internet, regularly sending them all over Chechnya (and not only), including through space communication. They were addressed to "true Muslims", although what was written is hardly even remotely related to the tenets of Islam. Excerpts from the instructions inevitably force us to draw a historical parallel with the ideology of the" supermen " from Nazi Germany. For example, it is written that the Wahhabi imam has the right to determine the fate of a prisoner - to kill or make a slave. Further: "Scientists agree that it is possible to kill anyone who fights against us, whether it is old, blind, weak, paralyzed, legless, armless, as well as if it is a woman or a child, or a chronic patient."

We can see the work on preliminary preparation of such messages. Written by hand: "Capture women and children underage. If necessary, it is allowed to kill the wounded."

the danger is that here the bandits get an ideological justification for their actions. Separate data indicate that the intelligence services of countries that have geopolitical interests in this region keep everything that happens on the territory of the rebellious subject of the Russian Federation under control. Judging by the quality of various foreign-made special equipment that is in the hands of terrorists, and the non-drying cash flows flowing to them, we can probably conclude that very certain foreign agencies also initiate intelligence activities on our territory.

One of the areas of their work, by the way, is the search for money. A lot of money. They focus on human trafficking, weapons, and drugs. In general, it seems that jihad is understood by bandits as a large (and expensive) bazaar. And the political differences that arise between terrorist leaders are also financially motivated. By dividing the money, the "spiritual leaders" are ready to fight among themselves. Along the way, they do not disdain to "earn" on their own. Contrary to Sharia law. For example, we can cite the following fact: a pack of Prima cigarettes sold by Wahhabis in mountain camps costs about 40 rubles for an ordinary militant, and the price of a pack of Peter I cigarettes reaches hundreds. And these numbers can increase depending on how tightly a particular bandit squad is blocked. And the fact that all Wahhabis do not smoke is a fairy tale. This is evidenced by the demand for cigarettes. The leaders of this religious movement are really irreconcilable to tobacco. But many of the mercenaries gathered under their banners are not even averse to indulging in smoking, drugs, alcohol. These "believers" are happy to pillage and commit other actions that are sinful for an adept of any world religion. The main thing is to observe "decency" in the eyes of the authorities. For example, Doku Umarov, a former chef, said that Chechen fighters called their leader a "jerk" among themselves when he forced them to pray.

But back to the bandit caches. Specialists pay attention to the fact that they are usually equipped at a high professional level, located in hard-to-reach places, and are always carefully protected from adverse weather conditions and visual detection. This does not come as much of a surprise to those who know how well technically trained the Wahhabi ideological emissaries are. However, not only in technical terms.

They have the most versatile training, received in special camps. By the way, military counterintelligence officers got notes of militants who were trained in various camps created by Khattab on the territory of the Chechen Republic and abroad. Experts analyzed the records relating to the organization of reconnaissance and sabotage actions, tactics of actions in the attack, ambush, search, and concluded that much is not based on the tactics of Soviet and Russian troops. Teachers generously shared their experience of fighting in Vietnam and Africa with hard-working students. But first of all, the instructions are dominated by the experience of guerrilla warfare in Afghanistan.

Along with the notes, by the way, many letters were found addressed to correspondents located outside Chechnya. These personal messages, according to counterintelligence agents, oddly enough, indicate that their authors are people who are not completely lost to society. There were, for example, very tender letters from Mujahideen who studied subversion to their favorite girls. At least based on this, we can probably hope that peace will come sooner or later in Chechnya and normal life will be restored, because people are more likely to have good intentions. But to do this, first of all, it is necessary to destroy the inspiration of foreign subversive centers, especially on an ideological basis.

Of course, the question arises as to where professional terrorists can go in this case, especially among local residents, who are unlikely to be able to fit in with peaceful life. The experience of international terrorism presupposes the existence of so-called "wild geese". After all, it doesn't matter what slogans they shout, the main thing is to get paid. By the way, terrorist leaders, at least here in the Caucasus, often deceive them by paying with fake dollars. In general, most of the various currencies in circulation in Chechnya are fake. It is produced locally, although the high-quality printing equipment used to produce it is manufactured abroad. And many fakes can only be identified by a well-trained specialist who has the appropriate equipment. By the way, this equipment is used by Chechens, as a rule, by hired foreign craftsmen, including those from European countries and even from faraway Australia (our counterintelligence officers have seen the passport of a citizen of this country as well). They not only work on printing equipment and computer equipment, but also mount systems that provide access to space communications. In short, everything related to technology is serviced by highly qualified specialists.

Of course, the bandit leadership also has real money, in particular dollars. After all, if one field commander pays off another with fakes, then serious disagreements can arise between them, so to speak...

The influx of" soldiers of fortune " to the territory of Chechnya from neighboring states with Russia continues. This work is planned and carried out by someone. And since the troops have fulfilled the main tasks of the military phase of the counter-terrorism operation, the special services of our state have to further intensify their operational and analytical activities aimed at combating terrorism. One of the main tasks in this regard is to counteract foreign subversive centers... It can be stated that, in particular, military counterintelligence agents have the strength and means to strike at international bandits. Even if we indirectly evaluate the results of their work, it is logical to call these strikes pinpoint. And accurate. They do not affect the civilian population. And largely thanks to them, the army does not suffer unjustified losses.
